Luciano's professional journey is a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and his passion for the intricacies of structural design and construction management.

After completing his studies in Structural Engineering at Politecnico in Milan, Luciano ventured to London, where he not only honed his engineering skills but also refined his proficiency in the English language at Excel English School. Subsequently, he embarked on a professional sojourn in Poland, further enriching his global experience. Upon his return, he embarked on a mission to establish a network of collaborations with some of the most esteemed technical firms, both regionally and internationally.

Matteo Conti is a highly accomplished civil engineer who earned his degree at the prestigious Politecnico di Milano. His academic journey included a specialization in Geotechnics, a collaborative effort with the esteemed Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Complementing his academic achievements, he holds a Master's degree in Seismic Design for Sustainable Construction, further solidifying his expertise.
